Ich muss dazu sagen. Ich habe hohe Ansprüche für diesen Preis gehabt und ich kann auch darlegen warum ich nur 4 anstatt 5 Sterne vergebe.
Der Kundenservice war top. 5 Sterne. Es wurde umgehend auf meine Emails geantwortet. Die Maßangaben wurden perfekt umgesetzt. Es sitzt wie angegossen. 5 Sterne. Auf individuelle Wünsche wie eingenähte Cups oder einem verschlossenen Rücken wurde problemlos eingegangen. 5 Sterne. Die Lieferzeit war angemessen und pünktlich. Das Kleid ist eher wie ein Hochzeitskleid als ein Sommerkleid. 5 Sterne.
Was ich leider bemängeln muss ist, dass der Abnäher komisch über der Taille sitzt und nicht in der Taille, was das Kleid zu einem Hängerchen macht und keine Taillierung zulässt. Das war auf dem Bild nicht so deutlich rüber gekommen. 4 Sterne.
Die eingenähten Cups bewegen sich im Futter etwas, wodurch das Innenfutter sich im Ausschnitt sichtbar nach Außen wölbt. Hier muss ich selbst nochmal ein paar Stiche setzen und nacharbeiten.
4 Sterne.
Der Oberstoff/Spitze ist hart und fällt entsprechend steif und nicht fließend. Bei sehr empfindlicher Haut würde es mich Jucken, wobei ich an den Unterarmen nicht so sensibel bin. 4 Sterne.
The dress arrived very late ! Come with no tag , the material is not comfortable.. I check all measurements befits ordering and rubs small ! My intention was return but I was on vacation when it arrived..

Well made, stunning dress. Shipping was speedy but does ship from out of country so plan accordingly. My daughter was ecstatic with her prom dress! Looks identical to the picture. Very communicative by email as well throughout the process. Would 100% purchase from them again.
I was really impressed that after ordering, someone reached out to verify information and find out when the dress was needed by. The dress arrived before schedule. The description of the dress was “strapless” with no mention of mesh. The online picture showed a little gray mesh around the v neck, but not much. The dress instead came with nude mesh so high it touches the front of the neck and fairly high up the back. A couple of the flowers actually fell off. On the website, the dress is gorgeous. Unfortunately, the real life version did not live up to what we were hoping for.

I bought what was described as “dusty pink” or Blush colored dress. When I received it, the color was more peach/ orange than pink. The dress was well made and fit well. But the color was completely different. There was nothing in the listing that shows the dress color on the color swatch that is shown on one of the slides. I was offered nothing but a 40% off code for the inconvenience. It was a waste of $200. I wouldn’t purchase anything without confirming what the color ACTUALLY looks like. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the quality of the dress was good.

The dress I ordered is exactly how it looked in the pictures. Customer service was great and the dress was received before expected shipping date.
The customer service was top notch, but that’s where it ended with me. My daughter got her dress was not happy with it at all. The color wasn’t the same as online, we ordered a size down just to make sure it would fit , and it was still too big. It didn’t even look like the dress from the picture online. It was cheaply made in my opinion. I will never order a prom dress online again.
